There are several good options to travel from the apartment to NYC.

1. OPTION 1: WORLD TRADE CENTER/FREEDOM TOWER: Many guests take the NJ Transit Light Rail train system ($2.25 for one way ticket) which is a 3-5 min walk from the apartment. The Light Rail connects to the NY/NJ Path system at the Exchange Place stop. Once you get on the NY/NJ Path train at the Exchange Place station, the very next stop is the World Trade Center/Freedom Tower in NYC. Total travel time is approximately 30-40 mins. This travel option is great for any guests who want to begin NYC excursions at the World Trade Center/Freedom Tower Mall in Lower Manhattan.

2. OPTION 2 TIMES SQUARE: Many guests like to enter NYC from Jersey City using the Grove Street Path Station. This option allows you to go to Times Square very easily. Like OPTION 1, you start with the Light Rail train system which is just a few mins walk from the apartment. Once you get off at the Marin Blvd station, you then have to walk about 3-5 mins to the Grove Street PATH Station. At the Grove Street PATH station, look for the 33rd Street Train. Get off at 33rd Street which is the last stop on that train, then you are within easy walking distance to NYC’s Times Square. You will see many, many tourists and New Yorkers both walking and driving.

OPTION 3
For more convenience, take a ride share from the property to one of the above-mentioned PATH Stations (Grove Street or Exchange Place).

OPTION 4 - THE FERRY!
Many guests take the NJ Light Rail train system ($2.25 for one way ticket) near the apartment and get off at the next stop which is Liberty State Park station. You board the ferry in Liberty State Park. It's $7-$9 for adults and $4-$5 for children.

Yes. Access to wifi is strong throughout the property. The login and password will be provided 5 days before arrival

Our standard check in time is 3pm. Our standard check out time is 11am.

Early check in and late check out requests are made on a case by case basis. Additional charges sometimes apply.

Upon final departure, we ask guest to put the keys back in the lock box using the same code used to retrieve them.

Yes, we can make arrangements for you to drop off your luggage prior to your official check-in.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer discounts as we have already underpriced our units. Rest assured we will be ready and willing to ensure you have a comfortable stay and answer any questions you may have.

Smoking is permitted on the front porch, patio, deck and gazebo areas. 

We have a strict NO SMOKING policy inside the apartments.

Parking is available in the 2-car garage on the property.

You can't miss the garage as it has colorful murals on the doors - a BUTTERFLY and a SEA TURTLE. It is important to reserve a space at the time of booking. We will let you know which door/bay you should use a few days prior to your arrival.
